As my own tiny human is turning 5 years old and as I’ve reached the third decade of my life, I’ve realized something important. While I’ve been so busy being a mum, a wife, and a business owner, the clock never stopped. As the saying goes: “The great paradox of parenting is is that it moves in both slow motion and fast speed.”
Most days we forget what we had for breakfast. As expecting parents, we try to prepare for the baby as best as we can, making endless checklists and going through a rollercoaster of emotions. Once the baby arrives, we can take for granted how little they are and how quickly they grow.
To try and savour those precious, fleeting moments, I believe in hiring a professional photographer as often as possible. Professional photographers are able to freeze up time and by creating eye-catching photos, they can help you remember how you were feeling at that time in your life. I can’t think of any better way to celebrate a growing family than capturing these moments in timeless photographs, that you and your family will browse through decades from now.
